Hire terms and conditions
All goods are hired to the following conditions
- Equipment remains the property of Busy Bean Works ltd
- Payment, plus a returnable deposit, must be made on or
before collection or delivery
- Cheques are only accepted with an appropiate cheque
guarantee card, unless paid 10 days in advance.
- The hirer is responsible for insuring goods from the time
of acceptance until returned to our premises.
- Queries on goods received must be notified immediately
- All goods will be hired out protective wrapped / clean and
ready to use. If they are returned damaged beyond intentional
use, a hourly rate repair charge will be made, where the hourly
rate of repair exceeds the replacement charge, a full
replacement charge will be made.
- Deposits will be refunded after all items have been returned
and checked by our staff , None returned items will be charged
at replacement costs.
- Prices quoted for are for 4 days hire only and subject to VAT.
- Late back items will be charged in full as an additional hire
period.
- Extended hire terms are available on request.
- All items are expected to be returned protective wrapped, as
they left, failure to do so could incure transportation damage
that the hirer will be responsible for. All protective wrapping
to be returned dry and intact.
- Busy Bean Works ltd. Is under no liability whatsoever for
any injury or damage to persons or property or loss of profit
claimed by the hirer in respect of any interruptions, delays
inaccuracies, errors, omissions or any failure to deliver or
from the use of any equipment under hire.
